PROCESS

Each situation can demand customization. In general the process consists of 3 phases:
FASE 1: Analysis of the current situation, problems and needs. 
FASE 2: Implementation of the solution. If desired, Johan Doornenbal manages the project for you. He is enthusiastic about the Prince2 methodology: with good scaling it will bring great clarity to the management or steering committee.
FASE 3: Evaluation.
